We are delighted to invite you to our Fall 2025 Fundraiser - an afternoon of live performance, exquisite Japanese cuisine and sake, and vibrant cultural celebration, all in support of Theatre of Yugen’s mission to bring centuries-old art forms to life and share the beauty of traditional Japanese performing arts with our community.

• A buffet-style lunch featuring a flavorful assortment of Japanese dishes from Akari, one of San Francisco’s most authentic kaiseki restaurants.

• Sake tasting courtesy of our generous sponsor, Takara Sake USA Inc.

• Live performances of traditional Japanese music by Edward Schocker, and Kyogen song and dance by Yugen Ensemble members.

• Silent auction with one-of-a-kind cultural treasures and experiences.
