Intro to Noh and Kyogen

FEBRUARY 25 - APRIL 26

SUNDAYS 4-7 OR THURSDAYS 12-3

$20 per week, or $100 for all eight weeks

This introductory level class covers the foundation principals of noh and kyogen song and dance.  Each lesson begins with vocal warm up, a review of sitting, standing, posture, and walking.  The curriculum will cover komai (Kyogen songs and dances), shimai (Noh songs and dances) and an introduction to our most common repertoire play The Owl and the Mountain Priest.

Join us for either day, or both!  The same material will be covered on Sunday and Thursday of the same week.  Each week's tuition covers both Sunday and Thursday's classes.
